Quality & FSVP compliance
As Importer of Record, Del Carmen Foods keeps a trained, qualified FSVP specialist working full time in its Mexico office, where most supplier facilities are located. Every supplier is analyzed, approved and verified through risk-based hazard analysis, and the program is maintained with Azzule Core Systems.
Tested and Re-Tested
Products are tested throughout the process, with samples sent to independent third-party labs. Finished product is released only in full compliance with specifications.
